Beneficiaries: John (son), Thomas and Joshua [two younger sons], Mary (dau), Mary (wife)

Indenture mentioned: dated 20 June 1703 between John Stokes the first part, and Mary Filks (spinster, now his wife) of the second part and John Filks and Edward Watton of the third part. This seems to refer to lands lying Seend, County of Wilts.

Sole Executrix: Mary (wife)

Overseers: his friends Mr Hugh Gough and Mr John Tane
