Will of William White 1809, Southbroom, Wilts & Oath

Last Will and Testament of 31 July 1808

I William White of the Chapelry of Saint James, County of Wilts Gentleman .....

Beneficiaries: "I give and devise all my Freehold Messauges Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate and being in the Chapelry of Saint James or elsewhere, ready money etc to my friends" Josiah Eyles Heathcote Esq of Southbroom House (county of Wilts) and Samuel Heathcote Esq of Shaw Hill (county of Wilts)
Susannah White (niece), Ann (wife), Ann (dau) John Sayer (nephew), Edmund Sayer (nephew), Elizabeth Bull (niece & widow), William Wood (bro in law), Messauges or Tenements and Orchard with the Appurtences situate and being at Shillingham in county of Dorset to John White (brother), Mary Wick (sister & wife of [space] Wick of Broad Chalk, nr Salisbury, Blacksmith), Jane Rily (sister & widow), Ann White (sister & spinster)

Joint Executors and Trustees:: Josiah Eyles Heathcote and Samuel Heathcote

Oath: .... and you will duly execute the same and administer his goods, chattels and credits by paying first his debts and then his legacies ..... that you will exhibit a true account of the said goods chattels and credits into the Registry of the Ecclesiastical Court where Probate shall be granted of the said Will before the last day of April next (if required) And further that the said goods chattels and credits do not amount in value to three thousand five hundred pounds
The above oath was duly administered to Josiah Eyles Heathcote Esq and Samuel Heathcote Esq, Executors
